Happy "Special" Birthday to Mary Beth!!

 Happy Birthday to our "special" Napa Girl.....MaryBeth!!!  Today is MBO's special birthday on earth as well as a very special baptismal birthday.  Mary has been my confident, friend, mentor and help in time of need for many years but I would not have been able to walk through the trails of this last year with her and my Lord Jesus.  She truly was His hands and feet in shepherding me through "The Valley of the Shadow of Death".  Mary was born Catholic and was baptized as a baby but on this special day she chose to follow our Lord into baptism of her own free will.  It was a beautiful part of our church service today.  One that will be remembered by all those who know and love this faithful servant of God.  I Love you Mary.....

Thank you Lord for Mary.  Her life is a shining example of your love and service to all she meets.  We thank you for her health, her quick wit, and most of all her love for You which she shows to all who are around her.  Bless her Lord on this special day and for many more years to come!!

Before leaving for Napa I finished this quilt for MiMi Carol's newest grandchild, Lincoln Lee.

I call it ...."Nemo"
I found the piece of fish fabric in my stash at the lake from years ago.  The blocks were orphans from another project.  It went together well I think. 

The baby's mother wanted some new burp rags so I embroidered these to add to the package.

She loved them and the quilt.  Job accomplished.  Onto a wedding quilt needed by Sept 13th!!  My lists never end!!!  I am blessed with many friends!!
